The redone-as-new bathroom is off the patio, new floor and wall tiles, new plumbing, a �bidon� (an extra water tank with a powerful electric pump), a brand new sink, WC, bath and shower, it only needs a light fitting and some paint on the ceiling to finish. Upstairs, on a �mezzanine�, is a long, low-beamed roofed, bedroom. On the next level is the main family bathroom (there is a full suite of bathroom furniture ready to be installed, and the hot & cold water feeds are ready to be connected). Further up is another bedroom, with very high beamed ceiling and a high window, and a large open plan sitting room. Off here are the two front bedrooms, with high sloping beamed roofs and shutter windows and balconies looking over the street. A final flight of stairs, with a cupboard underneath, leads up to the big attic room, with low beamed ceilings. Removing this roof and have a fabulous sun terrace on which to lounge in the evenings with a cold drink and a plate of local olives, watching the sun go down over the mountains. Outbuildings: At the end of the first patio, through a huge arch, is the first of the outbuildings, which could easily be converted to a granny flat or B&B rooms. Rustic stairs from here lead up to a huge room with high beamed ceilings and arched alcoves. The main patio area has a flourishing lemon tree and the enormous stables, which still contains the tether rings, a grain chute and water troughs. A possible conversion to a medieval banqueting hall! Above is a large feed store area that could be converted to B&B accommodation, office space, or workshops. Close to Ronda, approx. 90 minutes from Malaga airport, one hour from Seville. Good schools, swimming pool, restaurants, local shops selling local produce, larger supermarkets a short drive away. Easy to park right outside the house. Square meter: 600+ square meters 200,000 .
