January 7th, 2009 at 03:45:01 Terrorist 1: Do you hear that? Terrorist 2: What? After a Ka-chunk noise, the bunker the terrorists are in gets crushed by 5 marines who just jumped 200 meters in the air.
January 7th, 2009 at 04:08:00 they should fix any bugs and start shipment to soldiers asap
January 7th, 2009 at 04:30:59 And when it's stowed away on your back it can kick you in the arse as you go along when you slow down.Jokes only jokes.Where do I get one of these devices
January 7th, 2009 at 04:53:58 is this real? it looks so flimsy and yeah they should put armor on that thing
January 7th, 2009 at 05:16:57 WOW xD
January 7th, 2009 at 05:39:56 as a solider myself, i find that the exo-skeleton would be very usefull in cobat and around the base, the only thing i would see that could be added would be for the pilots arms, what if the piolet needed to carry and use a piece of equipment wile on the move say a light machiengun, you could store an ammo containe on the back but over time you hands would grow weak of the weight of the wepon.
January 7th, 2009 at 06:02:55 They should start trying to figure out a way to affix that thing with ceramic protective armor.
January 7th, 2009 at 06:25:54 I LOVE IT. i remember saw one the japanese they had arms also but the muscles were made from bellows that operated by a compressor, and it was massive, i cant believe just from the games (Stalker) they tried it and its actually a very simple and usefull thing i just cant believe it, and i want one of thouse!
January 7th, 2009 at 06:48:53 If you ever had been the "Light" Infantry who are crushed by their ever-weighting backpack and equipment, you will surely praise that thing.
January 7th, 2009 at 07:11:52 dude that would make my generation
January 7th, 2009 at 07:34:51 I think at least 10,000 of these units should be donated to the French Military and have the U.S. Goverment foot the bill!
January 7th, 2009 at 07:57:50 Seeing the guy run with eh 100 pound weight was pretty amazing.
January 7th, 2009 at 08:20:49 What if it takes you to places you don't want to be in! *Trying to remove straps* "Can't let you do that, dave" Jokes aside, This could help rewire neurons and tonify muscles por paraplegics, as M3T4L012i3u0whatver said.
January 7th, 2009 at 08:43:48 "Exoskeleton suit helps paralyzed people walk.. ReWalk helps paraplegics stand upright, climb stairs" Trials are in their infancy, but I predict with proper nutrition and one of these devices, neurons will reconnect and muscle will stay toned and blood circulated throughout the paralyzed limb, as the regrowth neurons rewire.!!!! This is...words just aren't good enough...AWESOME
January 7th, 2009 at 09:06:47 very useful!!
January 7th, 2009 at 09:29:46 watch out for japan!

January 7th, 2009 at 10:15:44 Now make some arms that can punch through a brick wall and im sold!
January 7th, 2009 at 10:38:43 This may give people in wheelchairs the change to walk again..
January 7th, 2009 at 11:01:42 cool !:D now we can.. walk ?
January 7th, 2009 at 11:24:41 I'll take half a dozen.
January 7th, 2009 at 11:47:40 It can help a lot with mountain search and rescue where terrain restricts the use of most vehicles. This affords the first responders the ability to bring their gear to the emergency site on foot after being deployed close enough. Very nice.
January 7th, 2009 at 12:10:39 I dont really think it is battle-ready either, but it is a promising technology, not only for military.
